MGame announced the launch of the open beta test for Hero Online which will last until 2009. If you are a new player, you need to create an account. Players who have participated in Closed Betas or The Legend of Ares may use same accounts to participate since any account information wasn't wiped. However, characters that they have created will be erased. In order to play the hero online gold , all players must download the open beta client which is now locally mirrored.
